With Ford Rewards, earn 42,000 Points to use toward complimentary maintenance†† when you buy or lease a new Ford. Only Ford offers flexible complimentary maintenance, which you can schedule with us right from inside the Ford App.
Rewards
In addition to complimentary maintenance, you can earn Ford Rewards Points for many of the things you already do with us, including vehicle service and maintenance. For instance, you'll earn 10 Points for every $1 you spend on service and maintenance with us at Thoroughbred Ford. You can then redeem them for discounts on service, parts and accessories, or your next new vehicle purchase. Plus, as a Ford Rewards member, enjoy access to special offers and promotions and be the first to hear about special events.
Roadside Assistance
With the Ford App, you can request Roadside Assistance** 24/7 virtually anywhere, anytime. Services like fuel delivery, flat-tire repair and more are just a call or e-request away. Even in difficult circumstances, your Ford App can help prepare you when you encounter the unexpected on the road.
Connect and Control
Stay connected with the Ford App and in control of your vehicle using the app or with the FordPass Alexa skill or Google Assistant with FordPass Connect.†‡ Start and stop your vehicle, lock and unlock it, schedule a start, or even check fuel and fluid levels right from the app.† You can also receive vehicle health alerts, service history and service reminders, allowing you to stay on top of your vehicle's maintenance needs even when you're away from your vehicle.

- Begin earning Points for many of the things you already do with us, including vehicle service and maintenance
- Owner Advantage Rewards® has been replaced by Ford Rewards. We'll convert your Service Rewards and Complimentary Oil Changes into Ford Rewards Points
- When you buy or lease a new Ford
- Activate your vehicle

Ford reserves the right to change Ford Rewards at any time without notice and without further obligations to members. Modem must remain active for at least 6 months after activation or the bonus is subject to forfeiture. What Is Ford Rewards?
Ford Rewards is an exciting loyalty experience that recognizes and rewards people on the move, no matter the journey. It is an experience driven by the user journey of a Ford Dealership Customer and will continue to enhance and change over time with new benefits and features.
How Do I Join Ford Rewards?
Joining Ford Rewards is easy. When a customer registers for the Ford App or online, they automatically become a member of Ford Rewards. Get started by downloading the Ford App for iPhone or Android.
A FordGuide and the dealership can also assist with enrollment. Ford App users are automatically enrolled in Ford Rewards. When customers accept terms and conditions for the Ford App (either through the app or online), they are automatically enrolled in Ford Rewards. If a member joined prior to March 2019, they will need to accept the new terms and conditions and will then be enrolled in Ford Rewards.
What are some of the additional benefits and features of the Ford App?
Ford owners with FordPass Connect-enabled vehicles can monitor and control their vehicle in incredibly powerful ways.

How Much Does Ford Rewards Cost?
Ford Rewards is a Free Program to Ford vehicle owners.
Do customers need to own a Ford vehicle to participate in Ford Rewards?
No. Members can still enjoy all the benefits of Ford Rewards without owning a Ford vehicle. Points are associated to a member account, not a vehicle.
Can members share a Ford Rewards account with their family?
No. Ford Rewards accounts are based on the individual account owner.
Do members have to use the Ford App to earn rewards?
No. Members can also use fordpassrewards.com and can earn Ford Rewards Points at their participating dealership.
Where can members view their Ford Rewards Points balance?
A member can see Ford Rewards Points balances on fordpassrewards.com or in the Ford App under the Account tab. The dealer can also look up the balance.
Is Ford Rewards just for FordPass Connect™ customers and new vehicle buyers?
Ford Rewards is available to everyone. Customers can join when they purchase a new vehicle or later in their ownership. Only the Welcome Reward is exclusive to customers who purchase a new vehicle.
Are Ford AXZD plan customers eligible for Ford Rewards?
AXZD customers are eligible for the same earning and redeeming opportunities as non-plan members.
